heh an hour trying to find a post to see where can i find this item but i find nothing so can anyone tell me exactly where can i get this item ?

a guy called symon the scribe in ascon its a quest

Simon the scribe gives it in ascalon but you have to do his first quest *counting the fallen* which involves going out into old ascalon by the sanitarium and getting the census which is in a chest (no key needed)

i think you can get the cities of ascalon quest if you leave him (zone) and come back.

i do a few more local quests for Sir Tydus and suddenly it is available

Well, I have done EVERY quest in the Ascalon Area, and when I go to talk to Symon, he just says "Your life must be exciting compared to mine as a lowly scribe" or something like that? Is this because it has not been released to the USA yet? Is it even on the International Servers?

all servers from the first day.

have you done the first mission yet?

find the char army and report back?

i usually get it after the 1st or second mission.

suddenly it is available
